Today we start our mini vacation within our vacation. After 20 days of pretty remote camping we are in thecwarm sunny city of St George fir 3 nights. We will still do some hiking at nearby parks but will also do some fun town stuff and swim in the POOL!! Most of you know if been pining for my pool all season. So this is an extra treat for me!
Oh and lol. My new pool Finally came in about 2 days before we left!!!!! (It was supposed to be here in early July. Lol. Covid Supply chain....)

Juniper berry brined pork chop sitting on a cornbread poblano pudding and a roasted pear stuffed with walnuts and gorganzola!!! Oh my. The service was beyond stellar! A true treat, and VERY reasonably priced to boot!!
